Drinks to shrink that rock ribbed belly fat !


Belly fat is an arch rival of your beautiful body. Waistline and stomach are the places where fat just slips down as quietly as a mouse. And when you realise it, it is kinda late & it might peek out of your clothes or even worse you start encountering questions like “Are you expecting “? Although there are certain perks to it like you can get out of a traffic ticket by signalling towards your tummy with those puppy eyes or in case of men, you can balance things over it and start looking five years older than you actually are but still I don’t think these perks are worth it and neither do you . Now there is this magical potion which is secreted from a miracle tree which will make your tummy fat go away within a week. No ! There is not. This tummy fat does not accumulate within a week so there is no way it can go away in the said time period unless and until you go for liposuction or something but I am sure you are not going to.But there are some health drinks which can help you metamorphose into your older self with no tummy fat or love handles. Let’s check these out :-

1. Fenugreek seeds water 

Fenugreek seeds is a natural medicine having umpteen benefits such as lowering blood cholesterol, blood sugar, lowers cancer risk . Along with these, it is one of the most effective weight loss remedies. Drink a glass of fenugreek seeds water empty stomach first thing in the morning and I can assure you that it will not only help you lose that stubborn belly fat but it also helps in weight reduction too. How to drink : Dip a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds in a glass full of water and drink that water, minus the seeds first thing in the morning. Follow this routine for 15 days and you are bound to see a reduction in your belly fat as well as weight.  

2. Bottle gourd juice (Lauki juice ) 

Bottle gourd or Lauki as it called is an amazing vegetable which boasts of many things such as magnesium, iron, thiamin, vitamin C. It is an excellent remedy for excess fat. Drink a glass of bottle gourd juice first thing in the morning and you will see a curb in your appetite and it helps in gastric and indigestion problems too. How to drink :- Peel off the bottle guard and make its juice in a juicer. Either drink this juice directly or filter it with a sieve and then gulp it down. To make the drink palatable you can add a pinch of rock salt or few pieces of Apple. Also, don’t forget to remove the seeds from the bottle guard while peeling and slicing it since consuming these seeds can cause stone.  

3. Green tea 

Green tea has excellent antioxidant property and if consumed incongruously it can bring back your belly to its original. Drink warm green tea thrice a day preferably half an hour before and after meals. You can either get tea bags available in the market or can prepare it the way normal tea is prepared. But remember Do not consume green tea more than three times a day otherwise, it can be detrimental to your body and health.  

4. Turmeric milk 

Yes along with other beauty benefits, quaffing a glass of warm turmeric milk every night before going to bed helps you reducing belly fat. Not only it helps detoxing your body but it make your stool regular too. Make it your keystone habit and you will see the effect. How to drink : Add a pinch of turmeric in a glass of lukewarm milk and drink it every day before going to bed. Try not to add sugar into it.  

5. Water

Yes, water. Our very own plain simple water. Along with a multitude of other advantages water also helps in losing weight and act as a detox for the liver. No other liquid works as well as warm water in shrinking your belly fat. Drink 3 to 4 glasses of warm water every day. Along with this, intake 12-14 glasses of water every day and you will yourself notice that your stored fat is breaking down thereby giving you a flat tummy. Before every meal don’t forget to drink at least 3 glasses of water. How to drink : Start your day with quaffing a glass of warm water. Don’t drink piping hot water as it may harm but lukewarm water. Drink At Least 2-3 glasses of warm water a day. Keep a gap of half an hour in between consuming warm water and having meal both before and after. Along with exercise and control on diet, these drinks actually do wonder on your excess fat, not just on tummy or waist but overall too.   Remember folks, you need to have patience and follow these routine regularly at the minimum for three months or so. I know it might become a bit cumbersome by then but once you will see the result, I am sure it would be worth it.
